Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes across multiple cuisines and service styles ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Oversee kitchen operations during assigned shifts, including food preparation, station setup quality control, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Manage inventory and stock rotation (FIFO), assist with purchasing and cost control, and minimize food waste while maintaining required ingredient availability.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to develop menus, accommodate special dietary requirements, and ensure timely, efficient service during peak operations.
