Requirements

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; redirect inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain front desk operations including appointment scheduling, meeting room coordination, and visitor log management.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, photocopying, and record maintenance.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement and replenishment.
  • Support accounts or HR departments with basic documentation, invoice handling, attendance records, and staff coordination as required.
  • Ensure the reception and office area is organized, presentable, and compliant with company standards.
