Job Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, and preparing ingredients as directed.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, workstations, and storage areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Support in receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials following FIFO and safety guidelines.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and ensure the kitchen area remains clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
