Job Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, and preparing ingredients as directed.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, workstations, and storage areas to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Support in receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials following FIFO and safety guidelines.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste properly and ensure the kitchen area remains clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
